Prelim Pages

1. First title page will give only the title of the book in the centre of A4 paper. The size of the title would be font size 26. All in capital letters.

2. Second prelim page would give the title again only in initial caps 5 cms below from the top of the page (e.g., Dependency Theory Revisited). The title should be in bold with font size 26. In the centre of the page towards the left would be the author's name all in caps in font size 14. Below that would be the affiliation and official address of the author in italics with font size 12.

3. 9 cms above the bottom line of the page would be the publisher's name in lower case letters with initial caps with font size 26 bold. Half a centimetre below would be the places of offices of the publisher with font size 12. For example:

4. Please do not print any matters in page (iii) of the prelim. It will be for the publisher to print out (this will be a copyright page). Page (iv) is empty space.

5. Page (v) would be devoted to Contents. It would be typed 6 cms down the top of the page in capital letters with font size 26 in bold at the centre. 2 cms below the contents would be typed Preface in italics with font size 12. Every chapter should be typed with numerical 1,2,3,...... with chapter name in bold capitals (font size 16). Sub-headings in each chapter should be presented in order (font size 12). The Page number of the chapter and the page of the sub-headings should be shown at the right-hand margin, which should be four centimetres away from the right hand edge of the paper. The name of chapters and their sub-headings should be typed 5 cms away from the left hand edge of the paper (A4)
